So Try falling asleep at night and avoid taking even short naps throughout the day. If you’re suffering any sleeping problems the nap will only make it worse for you. It won’t repair anything.

If you constantly find yourselves having trouble waking up in the morning, and if you feel tired despite the fact that you slept well and don’t feel any problems when trying to fall asleep. You might be suffering from a sleeping problem that is completely opposite of insomnia. Having naps and falling asleep at lunch will not help you battle this problem.
