Looking at this ‘helicopter landing pad’ you don’t see much, but would you believe this a sovereign state? That’s right, small state called Sealand, was run a by a self declared prince who instituted HavenCo as a self sustaining have of data. This reminds me of those smart cities that can do things for themselves without much human intervention. Interestingly enough, the internet service provided by HavenCo had little to no restrictions when it came to copyright infringement policies. This means that anyone who accessed data from HavenCo could freely copy and take intellectual property which was hosted on its servers. As for being physically accessible to the public, you’d need royal permission by the current prince to have access to HavenCo let alone Sealand.
